While Alberta OH&S legislation does not specify a maximum temperature for working outside, there is a requirement for employers to assess the hazards and risks associated with the work being done, and this includes the temperatures. The ACGIH has screening criteria for heat stress that you may want to consider when employees are working outdoors.
